Making a Reservation
To make a reservation you can either: -

Securing your Reservation
To secure your reservation we require credit or debit card details, if you do not have a credit or debit card, then please contact us on the above details and we will be happy to organise another type of security for your reservation.
Payment can be made by: -
· Credit Card* - MasterCard & Visa Credit (Card Number, Expiry Date, Security Number Last 3 digits on Signature Strip on the reverse of the card)
· Debit Card Visa Debit (Card Number, Valid From Date, Expiry Date, Security Number Last 3 digits on Signature Strip on the reverse of the card)
· Debit card Switch, Solo, or Maestro (Card Number, Expiry Date, Issue Number and Security Number Last 3 digits on Signature Strip on the reverse of the card)
You can telephone, fax or e-mail your details to Aslaich, if you do decide to e-mail your details, please make sure that your card details are divided up and sent separately for security purposes.
*If you pay your final accommodation payment by Credit Card, then it will incur a 3.5% handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
Festive Period reservations are non refundable and payable at time of booking, therefore when secured with card details, payment will debited from the card details given and confirmation sent via email.
Confirmation of Reservations
Once card details have been received, your accommodation reservation is secure. We will send you confirmation by either telephone, e-mail or via the postal system.
Establishment Terms & Conditions
· Smoking throughout the Aslaich Bed and Breakfast is Strictly Prohibited in all areas except in the Garden or in the Car Parking Area. This is in accordance with the Prohibition of Smoking in Certain Premises (Scotland) Regulations 2006, which was introduced on 26th March 2006. If Guests do smoke in the Bed & Breakfast then they will be requestyed to pay for a Deep Clean of the Bed & breakfast which will cost £100.00
· Guests are welcome to check in at any time of day until 9.00pm. (Later only by prior arrangement).
· Guests must vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of their departure
· We do not accept pets in the Bed & Breakfast, however, they are more than welcome to come on holiday with you and sleep in your transport. The car parking area is situated in front of the Bed & Breakfast.
Outstanding Balance Terms & Conditions
All outstanding balance payments are required on or before your day of departure from Aslaich. The following methods of payment are available to you: -
· Credit Card* - MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit (non UK card holders)
· Debit Card Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron - UK Only
· Sterling Cash
· Sterling Travellers Cheques
· Personal Cheque (UK Bank Account Holders only).
* Payment by Credit Card or Foreign Debit Card will incur a 3.5% handling fee.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
If you require cancelling your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to re-let your accommodation, however, if we are unable to do so, then we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges: -
· 7 days or less, prior to date of arrival, or failure to take up the reservation (no show) 100% of the full value of the reservation.
· 8 or more days prior to the date of arrival 20% of all nights will be Charged.
PLEASE NOTE!
At all times, cancellation in any of the following three circumstances will occur a charge equal to 100% of the full reservation fee: -
· Cancellation after 00.00 hours on your planned day of arrival
· Failure to arrive for your stay
· Early termination of your stay
Payment of cancellation charges will be deducted from the card details you have secured your reservation with, or, if another form of security has been given then this will be requested again.
We recommend to guests reserving accommodation, to consider obtaining travel/holiday insurance to cover cancellation of your stay at Aslaich. Whilst we do not expect guests to pay for holidays they are unable to take, we are sure you will understand that neither can we afford the consequential loss of earnings that your cancellation may cause us. Furthermore, the disappointment for us in not being to accommodate other visitors that would have liked to have stayed at Aslaich.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions for Festive Period
If you require cancelling your reservation for the Festive Period (Christmas & New Year), then we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges:-
· Cancellation after securing your reservation, prior to date of arrival, or failure to take up the reservation without prior notification to us 100% of the full value of the reservation.
